This policy describes order processing, delivery estimates, and shipping support for purchases made through coffeeaura.net.
Where we ship
CoffeeAura currently ships to valid delivery addresses within the United States. We do not ship to destinations outside the United States at this time.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after a carrier cut-off time begin processing on the next business day. High-volume periods or product-specific lead times may extend processing; any known delay will be shown on the product page or communicated by email.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed because carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, and other events outside our control may affect transit time.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping when the promotion is active and the order meets the displayed terms.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order leaves the fulfillment location. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing carrier movement.
Address accuracy
Please review your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins, and additional carrier or reshipment charges may apply to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If tracking shows a delivery but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the delivery location before contacting us. Report damaged, missing, or materially delayed orders to hello@coffeeaura.net with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
